Love this more than my foamy blocks

Quality block

This yoga block is a good size and heavy which helps support certain balancing poses during yoga. B yoga is a good brand. You can't go wrong.

It will hold you

I bought it for the extra stability. And it is quite sturdy and stable. Not the greatest for back bends if you like softness. I am getting used to it.

Bigger than your average yoga block

Nice large size block. A single block could be used as a seat for meditation. Sturdy.

Beautiful and sturdy

I love all of the b yoga products, and this is no exception. Very sturdy and beautiful to look at. Is is very heavy like all cork blocks, so it might not be suitable for carrying to the studio. I do wish it came in a set of two, but that is my only complaint.
