Clean the mat gently with water and mild detergent and rinse clean
Wipe dry, lay flat and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight with the logo side facing up
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives as this can compromise the integrity of the mat surface
Allow the mat to dry completely before use
Pre or post practice, roll your mat with the logo side facing out as this will help maintain your mat’s grippiness
Avoid heavy sliding or movements that cause friction, as this may lead to the surface breaking down quicker

NOTES

There may be some creasing on the bottom of the mat which will relax with time and use

This mat has elevated my practice

I was using a 10mil mat but felt it stretched as I was grounding my feet in a Warrior or even DD. This mat was recommended as a replacement by my yoga studio. I am so happy!! I am 6’ tall so this is plenty long and it’s cushion and grip are spectacular! I feel more confident and have better balance. Would love a teal or pink one!!

B MAT Strong Long 6mm

I am a 6 ft tall, 200 lbs, guy with knees that like a bit more cushion in a mat. With the B Mat Strong Long 6 mm mat, my forehead and toes are always on the mat and the stickiness is excellent for when I warm up and begin to perspire. I always have perfect grip and can stay 'on my mat' throughout my practice. I have seen some reviewers express concern about the odor and I have a good sense of smell and it is almost non-existent and not offensive at all. My wife purchased this for me as a gift, sight-unseen, and I am extremely happy with the description given which matched my expectation. When it comes time for a new mat in the future, I'll get another B Mat.

Best and ONLY Mat I use!

Nothing beats a BYoga mat! The grip is amazing especially if you take hot classes or just get clammy hands like myself. It is super cushioned and the colours are all beautiful. I only ever recommend BYoga mats and I have tried every other brand and still nothing beats these.

This is by far the best mat I've ever used

I had to come write a review after someone approached me to ask about where I got a longer mat. As a tall person sometimes I'd slip off the mat. I was worried it might be too long or I'd get in others way or something, but it's perfect. Whatever the material is made of my feet don't slip when they get sweaty, This mat is actually perfect and I will certainly buy another if mine ever wears out but it's going strong ~3 years later
